It’s time for the annual Nesta predictions… where the different areas of innovation we work in get analysed and the most interesting anticipated trends for the next year are revealed.

I’ve worked with my new colleague John Bevan who is leading Nesta’s Digital Makers project to look at how we think making digital projects will hit mainstream youth culture in the next 12 months. More below:

Programming a new generation of digital makers

From apps to films, in 2015 every young person across the UK will make and share something digital, say Oliver Quinlan and John Bevan.

As I finish off for Christmas and New Year I’m deep in the early stages of a new report mapping the opportunities across the UK for young people to get involved in such activities, which is due to be published early next year.
