In April 2013 I spent two weeks on a tour of schools and universities in Finland. Some of my students at Plymouth University were on an exchange and I went over with them to support and to get the opportunity to spend time looking at the education system. We didn’t go on a government organised tour, these were very much normal schools we visited and normal teachers and students we spoke to.
