Why Stories? – My story so far

As I come towards the end of my second year of teaching, I share the story of my journey in teaching and learning, helped by the reflections of my class on the question “Why do we learn about stories?”.

Are stories just for fun, or are they important ways of looking at the world? The children in my class had a range of ideas, which I used to frame my story as a learner and, more recently, a teacher.
